Review | YSL Rouge Volupté Lipstick in Impetuous Beige 107

Hi, Everyone! So a few weeks ago some friends and me went to Neuchâtel(Switzerland). And of course
I've had to buy some things. One thing I instantly felt in love with is the YSL lipstick.
I've choosed #107 Impetuous Beige.
I have to say the package is the most beautiful package I've ever seen. The gold color makes it really luxurious and that you can see the color even more prettier.

The color Impetuous Beige is a pretty pastel pink shade. I really like to wear this lipstick in summer because it's a   not a dark color and it looks beautiful with a bit of a tan. I haven't try the lipstick in winter, but I think it's going to make me paler, than I actually am.

After appling the lipstick my lips feel soft and they have a shiny finish, what I appreciate because then I don't have to wear lip gloss on top :)

Have you ever tried a lipstick from the Rouge Volupté line? Can you recommend me other colors? :)

Have a nice day! Kiss Catherine

Nail Polish of The Week | Cool Jade

Hi, Everyone! Hope you are having a great day!

This week is another nail polish of my MaxFactor collection.
A few weeks ago I writed about the MaxFactor  - 37 Prussian Blue . I really love that darker blue color. I've searched nearly everywhere but I couldn't find these Max Effect Mini Nail Polishes. I thought they sold out. Luckily I found them last week and I've felt in love with the color 27 - Cool Jade.

It's a pretty light green/blue color. You can compare it with the nail polish from Essie - Mint Candy Apple. Both are really pretty colors but I prefer the MaxFactor: the color is a bit darker than the Mint Candy Apple, and it's much cheaper ,what's really healthy for your purse :)

What I really like about the MaxFactor Mini Nail Polishes is that they really are usefull. The size is not too big for me that's why I can carry it easily in my bag when I'm travelling. The Max Effect Nail polish collection has many other beautiful colors that I want to buy.
I really recommmend these nail polishes they're shiny, handy, not expensive and cool :)

Do you own any MaxFactor nail polish?

Review | Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation

Hi, Everyone!
I've had this foundation for quite a while now and finally I've decided to do a review.
First I was a bit insecure about the color. You can choose between 15 shades. I picked mine up in the shade Ivory.

On their website they promise that the foundation gave you a 'Light Perfection radiance foundation Traceless coverage and perfectly flawless skin under any light. Last all day.'

First I was sceptic but now I totally agree with that.
It looks natural, not too glowy, not too matte and it covers all blemishes. What I really like is that the SPF is 18, what I think is very important for summer.

The consistent is a bit liquid, but you can apply it with no problems.
Like I said on the top, it's avaliable in 15 different shades, of which I wear IVORY.

If you're looking for a new foundation to try, I'd definitely recommend this one!

Have a nice day! Kiss Catherine

Nail Polish of The Week | Caffe Latte

This week I went with a nail polish from KIKO. They have some really pretty colors and everytime I go there, I buy another nail polish to add to my collection.

The color that I choose this time is 322 - Caffe Latte. It's a really pretty brown color.
What I really enjoy about their nail polishes is that the color dries very fast. I really like the brush too, because it makes painting your naisl quicker.

Do you own any nail polish from KIKO?

Have a nice day :D

Bikini Time | Bathing Suit Guide

Hi, Everyone! With summer holiday just around the corner I want to give you some tips to find the right swimsuit for your body type.
First of all what you should  consider when choosing between different types of swimsuits, is not only the current fashion trends, but most of all your body type. Secondly, and for me something really important is feeling confident - inside and outside.

Unfortunately bathing suits and bikinis don't have any magical powers. Realistic is to find the swimsuit that will most flatter the body and looks stylish and sexy at the beach or pool.
I hope this guide will help you to find the swimsuit for your body type.

Is your swimsuit in the list above listed?

Nail Polish of The Week | Baby Doll Pink

Hi, Everyone! This week I choosed a nail polish from Astor. I used a nail polish from Astor a few weeks ago (Astor | Orange Cosmos) and I absolutely loved the color, the textur and how fast it dries. That's why I decided to buy another one from the collection FASHION STUDIO and I choosed the 247 Baby Doll Pink.

And this color is so gorgeous. It's (like the name says) a pretty baby pink. I think this is another pretty nail polish for Summer. It's not too bright but it's not a nude color.
I always like to wear a nail polish on my nails during spring and summer and this is a really eye-catching color.

What is your must-have nail polish for summer?

Have a nice day! Kiss Catherine

Get The Look | Miranda Kerr

Hi, Everyone!
I want to share with you one of my style crushes - Miranda Kerr.
Miranda Kerr is always top styled and the special thing is that it still looks very easily.
Most of the time she wears mini dresses, which set off her long legs and her tiny waist in scene. She focuses on fashion classics and combines them with great accessories that round out her outfit. Her style is usually more classic. I am big fan and let me inspire by her style.

Who's your favourite style crush?

Bikini Time | Part 1

We all love it: THE BIKINI.
In the next few weeks I want to share with you everything about bikinis and swimsuits. Today I'm going to tell you something about the history of the bikini.

Today it's normal to see a women wearing a bikini or a swimsuit. But 100 years ago it was unimaginable. For example the Australian swimmer-performer Annette Kellerman was arrested in 1907 for wearing a two-piece.

The name bikini was given by his inventer Louis Réard in 1947. He named it after Bikini Atoll in the Pacific, the site of an atomic bomb test. The idea of a bikini struck him when he saw women rolling up their beachwear to get a better tan.  But Réard could not find a model to wear his design so he ended up hiring a nude dancer. That bikini was a cloth with newspaper type print. The bikini was a moderate hit 1947 in France, but it was not well accepted in other parts of the world.

The bikini family has grown to a large number of variations:
String Bikini
Numokini (top part missing)
Seekini (transparent bikini)
Tankini (tank top, bikini bottom)
Camikini (camisole top, bikini bottom)

Next week :  Bikini Time | Part 2 Choose the right suit for you!

I mentioned some bikini variations. In which category falls your suit?

Nail Polish of The Week | Peach Pie

Hi Everyone! So this week I went for a nude color. I choosed the Maybelline New York Color Show - 31 Peach Pie.

I really like this color because it's a nearly white but with a rose/grey undertone. When you look at your nails, it seems like you haven't got a color on it. But if you look a bit closer you can see the color. I hope you understand whar I'm trying to say :)

The only thing I don't really like about this nail polish is that I have to paint my nails 2-3 times to get this color like in the picture.
But altogheter I like this nail polish and I'm looking forward to buy other colors.

Do you own any Nail Polishes from Maybelline? If so what color do you recommend?
